What happens when you share an idea with Colton.
Inquiries
The form collects your name, email, business description, optional website, idea, and desired result. I use these details to respond, prepare for a conversation, and keep track of any work we agree to do. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Inquiries are stored privately using Neon and the site is hosted on Vercel. Transactional email is sent through Resend when enabled. These service providers process information needed to provide their services. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive customer records, or confidential files.
Inquiry records are kept while we discuss or carry out the work, and as needed for business records. Email colton@coltonfoley.com to request access, correction, or deletion. I’ll explain if any records must be retained.
Site use and booking
Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and basic actions such as copying a prompt or submitting an idea. Form contents and email addresses are not sent in those analytics events. To reduce automated spam, the form also stores a protected identifier derived from your network address for rate limiting.
The booking link opens Google Calendar, which handles the information you provide there under Google’s policies.
