Use the library to try a specific job, give your AI the context it needs, and learn from the result. Start small, ask questions, and build your confidence on real work.
The library contains copy-and-paste job prompts that guide your AI through a task. Try one with your tools and check the first result.
We agree on one AI skill or job to set up. A skill is a set of reusable instructions that teaches your AI how to do that work with your business context. It can support something you already do or something you want to start doing.
What’s included
A conversation to agree on the task, its limits, and the specific results we will check before calling the setup complete.
Setup with your business context and the tools we agree to use, using the access those tools support.
Testing on real work, correcting the result, and defining when the AI should ask for help.
A handoff so you know how to use the skill, check its work, and maintain its instructions.
For example: a skill to prepare a customer newsletter from your recent work, or one to organize incoming job documents. Bring an example or describe the result you want. We agree on one clearly defined job before starting.
Additional workflows, custom applications, and ongoing operation or support are scoped separately. Your AI and other software subscriptions remain your costs. We check access and feasibility before agreeing to the installation.
A longer engagement for when the question is bigger than one task. We explore what you want to make possible, look at how your business works today, and decide what to build or improve.
That means reviewing records and talking to the people doing the work. It could involve customer inquiries, sales conversations, scheduling, delivery, costs, or the owner’s time. We use what we learn to choose where to focus.
Then we implement the agreed changes, measure what happens, and adjust. The engagement, responsibilities, and price are agreed before work begins.
Opportunity or problem → goal → measurable objectives → tactics.
01 / Starting point
What are we working toward?
Understand the idea or problem in context. What could the business do that it doesn’t do today? What do the records show? What do the people involved need?
02 / Goal
What should improve?
Choose the business result we want: a new way to reach customers, a more reliable schedule, faster decisions, or less time spent chasing updates.
03 / Measurable objectives
How will we know?
Establish where things stand today. Agree on measures and targets that tell us whether the change is useful.
04 / Tactics
What should we do?
Choose and implement the work that supports those objectives. That may mean better handoffs, clearer information, or AI handling a repeatable task. Measure and adjust.
An example
“We need more leads.” Let’s look.
A business with gaps in its schedule might need more inquiries. Or it might already have good estimates waiting on revisions, unanswered customer questions, and follow-ups nobody owns.
We would review those records before choosing a solution. If the opportunity is in open estimates, the work may be to clarify the proposals, resolve outstanding questions, and establish a dependable follow-up process.
We would then track customer decisions, suitable work booked, and time spent by the owner. Those measures help us decide what to change next.
